Won't Fix is the resolution a bug tracker offers when a ticket is closed on purpose: the problem is real, and nobody is going to change it. Bugzilla called it WONTFIX, and Jira and most trackers since carry the same option. Est. never is the estimate that comes with it, and the one honest date on the board.
The ticket has been open since the second sprint after launch, with seven comments, three priority changes and one reassignment to a developer who left the company. Most tickets that deserve this status get Backlog or Deprioritized instead, or the quiet archival that comes when a project manager closes everything older than eighteen months. This shirt is for developers who know that not every bug needs fixing, and not every edge case will ever make it to the top of the stack.
