Shipping & Delivery

When will I get my order?

Every shirt is printed for your order, so it takes 3 to 7 days to fulfill before it ships. Shipping time after that depends on where you are:

  • USA: 3 to 4 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 7 business days
  • Australia: 2 to 14 business days
  • Japan: 4 to 8 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days

Where does my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment partner that has facilities around the world, including the US, Europe, and the UK. Your order is printed and shipped from the one closest to you, so EU orders ship from within the EU, UK orders from the UK, and so on.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions about your shipment, email support@techmerch.io.

Product & Sizing

What kind of t-shirt is this?

A unisex short sleeve tee, printed to order. The design is printed directly onto the fabric, so it stays sharp and holds up to regular washing.

How do the sizes fit?

The shirts run true to size with a standard unisex fit. For exact measurements, check our size guide before you order.

How should I care for it?

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for the longest life. Cool iron inside out if needed, but never directly on the print. No fabric softeners, no dry cleaning.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every shirt is printed on demand, orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel something, email support@techmerch.io as soon as you can and we'll do what's possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us right away and we'll make it right. We cover the cost in those cases.

To help us sort it out faster, include:

  • Your order number and purchase details
  • A short description of what's wrong
  • Photos, if it's a defect or damage, so we can assess it quickly

Most requests are handled within a business day or two.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@techmerch.io. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

How do refunds work?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a little longer for your bank to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still don't see it, email support@techmerch.io.

How do I get help with an order?

For anything about shipping, sizing, returns, or an existing order, email support@techmerch.io and a real person will get back to you, usually within a business day.
