This is fine comes from KC Green's 2013 Gunshow comic On Fire, in which a dog sits in a burning room with a cup of coffee and says exactly that. It became the internet's shorthand for calm denial while everything goes wrong. This shirt adds probably, which is what an engineer says when the dashboard disagrees.
