Love it - but it was so long! Thankfully being a dab hand with a sewing machine I’ve managed to take it up to a reasonable length for the female form!

Don't go chasing waterfalls is the chorus of Waterfalls, TLC's 1995 hit from the album CrazySexyCool, a warning against chasing the wrong thing. Software has its own waterfall: the sequential model in which requirements, analysis, coding, testing and operations each finish before the next begins, usually traced to Winston Royce's 1970 paper, which in fact warned that doing it in a single pass was risky. The Agile Manifesto of 2001 made the case for short iterations instead, which is advice TLC had already given.
For programmers and project managers in agile teams who know why iterative development beats a plan signed off a year before release. It lands if you've sat through enough sprint planning to explain, once again, that agile is not the same as no planning. Responding to change over following a plan, as the manifesto puts it.

The blank behind every t-shirt
Most brands treat the blank as an afterthought. We treat it like the product it is. Every design ships on the same tee we picked after ditching the ones that pill, shrink, and go see-through by the third wash. Proper ring-spun cotton, soft enough to wear five days running, tough enough that the print still looks new long after your last deploy. True to size, no surprises. The kind of shirt you forget you are wearing, which is exactly the point.
