Love it - but it was so long! Thankfully being a dab hand with a sewing machine I’ve managed to take it up to a reasonable length for the female form!

The intern summoned something is the incident report written as a horror story. The plot is older than software: in Goethe's 1797 ballad The Sorcerer's Apprentice, later a sequence in Disney's Fantasia, the apprentice starts a spell while the master is out and cannot stop it. Swap the spell for a migration run against production and the enchanted broom for a queue that keeps filling, and it is an ordinary Tuesday.
It was supposed to be a small change, and now it is being described in a very calm voice on the incident call. Every team has a story about the newcomer who ran the wrong command with the right permissions; in June 2021 HBO Max sent an empty integration test email to part of its mailing list and told Twitter it was the intern. The t-shirt suits mentors of juniors, survivors of being one, and everyone who knows how fast a questionable merge becomes a summoning.
More one-line changes that needed a postmortem in the Commits & Mayhem collection.

The blank behind every t-shirt
Most brands treat the blank as an afterthought. We treat it like the product it is. Every design ships on the same tee we picked after ditching the ones that pill, shrink, and go see-through by the third wash. Proper ring-spun cotton, soft enough to wear five days running, tough enough that the print still looks new long after your last deploy. True to size, no surprises. The kind of shirt you forget you are wearing, which is exactly the point.
