I got this tan using dark mode is a claim with a flaw any physicist would spot: a tan comes from the ultraviolet in sunlight, and a monitor gives off next to none, least of all with a dark theme switched on. Dark mode went mainstream when macOS Mojave added it in 2018, and iOS and Android followed in 2019. The shirt claims the results anyway.
For programmers whose main source of light is their monitor and who are self-aware about it. Tan isn't a word anyone would use for their complexion, and the closest they get to the beach is a desktop wallpaper. Ideal for the one day a year the team goes outside.
