Agreeable to a fault is the old idiom for someone who agrees so readily that it becomes a flaw, the way people are generous to a fault or honest to a fault. In AI it has a name, sycophancy: language models tuned on human approval learn that agreeing gets rewarded, so they confirm whatever was typed and fold the moment you push back. Performance reviews would call it a strength, which is precisely the problem.
